Alteration and Modification Request Forms

An Arbor Hills' Alteration and Modification Request Form must be submitted and approved for any major alterations including decks, fencing, and projects that may impact drainage, street lights, mailbox stands, sidewalks, easements, roads, and any common elements.

Please allow two weeks from the submission of all necessary information to the management company for permit approval. If there are circumstances that require examination of the site or other special circumstances, the approval process may take longer.
