Executive oversight of the Arbor Hills Condominium Assocation is officially handled by the Board of Directors. The board members are elected for a two year term at the annual meeting.
Co-owners may attend open meetings of the Board of Directors with prior notice given to the management company or a Board member. Open board meetings for 2008, will be held in August, October (just after the Annual Meeting), and December.
