Arbor Hills Overview
The Arbor Hills is a
planned unit development (PUD) with 200 single
family residential
homes located on the northeast side of Ann Arbor.
It is easily accessible by highway from US-23 and M-14, and
is roughly five miles from downtown Ann Arbor.
The Arbor Hills neighborhood has several natural
features including conservation woodlands and wetlands.

Parks and Nature Areas
In addition to the Association common areas, there
are two nature areas and one city park within or
adjoining Arbor Hills. Kilburn Park is centrally
located just up the road from the neighborhood
entrance. Arbor Hills Nature Area and Oakwood Nature Area
both have trail entrances from Arbor Hills.

Public Transportation
Arbor Hills is on Route #2 of the City's AATA bus system and
the bus stop is located at the entrance to the neighborhood along
Green Road. There
are also bus stops roughly every quarter mile along the route, which
also connects to other routes Plymouth Road Mall.
Many residents maybe eligible for free or reduced fares.
Several good public and private schools are available to
students who live in the Arbor Hills Community, as well as colleges and universities.
Arbor Hills homes are assessed City and County
property taxes
